The Member Portal is provided to allow members to view their personal and KYC information, as well as to make payments against open invoices. Access to this portal is restricted to authorized members only.
Members can view their KYC (Know Your Customer) details through the portal. However, no modifications or updates to KYC information can be made through the portal. For any changes to KYC information, members must contact our support team directly.
Members can make payments against open invoices through the portal using the payment methods provided. All payments made are subject to verification and acceptance by Bharat Diamond Bourse.
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Bharat Diamond Bourse is not responsible for any unauthorized access to member accounts.
Bharat Diamond Bourse shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Member Portal.
Bharat Diamond Bourse reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the portal.
