Online transactions via the BDB Member Portal do not have any cancellation option for the Members.

To request a refund, members must contact our billing department with proof of payment and a detailed explanation of the issue. Refunds will be processed within 05 business days upon approval.

No refunds would be made via the online facility.

In the event of a dispute regarding payments or refunds, the decision of Bharat Diamond Bourse shall be final.
